The lead singer of the world famous disco pop group was found dead in a hotel room in St Petersburg on Thursday. He had complained of feeling unwell a day earlier following a performance. There is no word yet on the cause of death. Boney M rose to stardom after they were formed in 1974 with such hits as "Daddy Cool" "Rivers of Babylon" and "Rasputin."
