1) Instalati jocul

4) Selectati din lista BFME 
5) Apasati Generate citeva ori

Parca e tot =) Daca apar ceva probleme sau alte intrebari adresati-va

Am reinnoit serverul Hamachi + link la ultima versie Hamachi(detalii mai sus ^^)

Scriu asta deoarece am văzut că topicul acesta are indexare la Google şi s-ar putea să fie mulţi alţii care au aceeaşi problemă:

: I have downloaded a BFME torrent(by HOODLUM) which was supposed to contain several languages, including English( which i wanted). When installing the actual game(after i unrared....bla bla bla) I get a weird error at 64% about copying a file called lasmig.txt ( a with 2 dots above it...you know). I looked it up on Google and didn't find any solutions at all (except 1 that I will talk about later) so...after 40minutes of agony, my brilliance got me to the end of it :smartass:

So: I had a past problem with a game called Caesar IV that didn't want to run because the file path contained unusual characters (like the a with 2 dots above it that I wrote about earlier) so I figured that it might be the same language/encoding problem.

What I did was: (if you googled this solution, this is probably the only thing you want really, you shouldn't have read all of the above :lol:

)

Start===> Control Panel====> Regional and Language Options (sorry Vista guys, I don't know how it works for you) and then, in the Advanced tab I set Swedish as the language for the non-unicode programs that i wanted to use (the first thing from the top===> Swedish). Then I checkmarked all the other languages(German,Swedish,Finnish [that use the a with 2 dots above it]) from the "Code page conversion tables" section. I reinstalled and.....OMG...it worked! :smirk:

the other solution: (that can be found on google if you just type "lasmig.txt) is this one: you copy ALL the mounted DVD files on your HDD and then you remove the annoying text file ( Support\sv\lasmig.txt or something like that...). Then you press setup and make a full Install.

I hope this will take away your headaches for the day (it rhymes :sarcastic:
