Salut tuturor !
Mi s-a parut ca ar fi interesant sa discutam cine shi ce bauturi sau coctailuri prefera, daca cineva shtie recete interesante de coctailuri shi ar vrea sa yi sfatuiasca shi pe ceilaltzi sa incerce, shi asha mai departe.

My favourite cocktail : Б 52

B-52
Type: Layered shooter
Primary alcohol by volume:

* Grand Marnier
* Irish Cream
* Kahlua

Served: "Neat"; undiluted and without ice
Standard garnish: Stirrer
Standard drinkware:
Shot glass
IBA specified ingredients:

* 2cl (1 part) Kahlua
* 2cl (1 part) Baileys Irish Cream
* 2cl (1 part) Grand Marnier

Preparation: Layer ingredients into a shot glass. Serve with a stirrer.

The B-52 (also B52 or "Bifi" ) is a layered cocktail shooter composed of a coffee liqueur, Baileys Irish Cream, and Grand Marnier. When prepared properly, the ingredients separate into three distinctly visible layers. The layering is due to the relative densities of the ingredients.

Компоненты:
Кофейный ликер (Capitan Black) – 20 мл,
Ликер Irish Cream – 20 мл,
Ликер Quantreau – 20 мл

Приготовление:
Для приготовления этого коктейля желательно иметь под рукой столовый нож.
Возьмите небольшой бокал (100 мл будет достаточно). Прислоните кончик ножа к стенке бокала внутри и медленно, очень аккуратно по плоскости лезвия налейте сначала кофейный ликер, затем Irish Cream, и верхним слоем – Quantreau. Должны получиться 3 ровных слоя ликера. Но коктейль еще не готов.
Вооружите пилота соломинкой (по возможности подберите ее с учетом высоты бокала)
Получившийся “слоеный” коктейль подожгите.
Чтобы достичь правильного эффекта – виража самолета Б-52 – “Пилот” должен быстро вставить соломинку в бокал и выпить содержимое, пока поверхность еще горит.
Изюминка:
“Пилот” начинает пить еще прохладный сладкий коктейль со дна, который в процессе пития становится теплее, а под конец просто горячим, что и обеспечивает тот самый эффект быстрого головокружительного взлета и виража. Так же коктейль хорош тем, что, если им не злоупотреблять, то и посадка будет мягкой. И через несколько минут вы снова будете в состоянии трезво смотреть на окужающих.

The Molotov cocktail, also known as the petrol bomb, gasoline bomb, or Molotov bomb, is a generic name used for a variety of improvised incendiary weapons. Simple to make, they are frequently used by rioters.
In its simplest form, a Molotov cocktail is a glass bottle containing gasoline fuel with a fuse consisting of a fuel soaked rag (or other extremely flammable material) held in place by the bottle's stopper.

In action the fuse is lit and the bottle hurled at a target such as a vehicle or fortification.

When the bottle smashes on impact, the ensuing cloud of gasoline droplets and vapor is ignited by the fuse causing an immediate fireball followed by a raging fire as the remainder of the fuel is consumed.

Other flammable liquids such as wood alcohol and turpentine have been used in place of gasoline. Thickening agents such as tar and motor oil have been added to the fuel, analogously to the use of napalm, to help the burning liquid adhere to the target and create clouds of thick choking smoke.

Bloody Mary

Few Details

Bloody Marys, and the non-alcoholic Virgin Mary, are frequently served in the morning (as are Mimosas and Screwdrivers), although they are a popular drink later in the day as well. (Traditionally, a Bloody Mary should not be served after six PM.)

While there is not much complexity in mixing vodka and tomato juice, more elaborate versions of the drink have become trademarks of the bartenders who make them. A common garnish is a celery stalk when served in a tall glass, often over ice. A beer chaser may also be served with the Bloody Mary, although this often depends on the region you are in.

Preparation

Ingredients

3 parts vodka

6 parts tomato juice

Ground salt and pepper

1 to 2 tsp. horseradish (pure, never creamed)

6 dashes of Worcestershire sauce

5 drops Tabasco (optional)

1 tsp. celery salt

Dash of lemon or lime juice

Dash of orange juice (optional)

May be shaken vigorously or stirred lazily, as desired. Garnish with a celery stalk; a skewer of olives, pickles, carrots, mushrooms, or other vegetables; or even meat or fish (salami, shrimp, etc.) and cheese (see photos). Occasionally, pickled asparagus spears or pickled beans are also used.

Canned Bloody Mary mixes that combine the spicy, non-alcoholic components of a Bloody Mary are commercially available.
