POLITICA ȘI REGULILE TEMEI !

Ce vreau să spun prin politica temei ? Este de fapt orientarea acestei teme referitor la tipul de discuții care se vor purta aici !

Reguli :
1. Tipul de discuții.
1.1. Se vor accepta doar comentariile care au legătură cu pariurile sportive.
1.2. Se vor cenzura toate mesajele care vor conține elemente de off-topic, spam, jigniri personale și flood.
1.3. Începînd cu 11.12.2011 sunt acceptate mesaje legate de live-betting. Sunt bine-venite sfaturile în legătură cu pariurile live, dar sunt interzise mesajele care vor conține doar scorul unor meciuri. Excepție sunt mesajele unde vor fi scrise scorurile finale însoțite de mesaje ale utilizatorului prin care își vor arăta bucuria sau dezamăgirea referitor la rezultat. Cuvintele indecente sunt interzise.
1.4. Alte reguli ale acestei teme sunt cele stipulate direct de administratorii site-ului dat.

2. Modul de comportare pe această temă.
2.1. fiecare membru trebuie să dea dovadă de educație decentă și un intelect care să-i permită să poarte o discuție omenească cu ceilalți participanți ai temei.
2.2. Sunt interzise contestările publice și grosolane a utilizatorilor împotriva administratorilor și a creatorului acestei teme. Toate sugestiile vor fi primite doar printr-un mesaj personal !
2.3. În urma multor consultări cu mai mulți membri ai temei, cît și a administratorilor, am hotărît că această temă ar avea un caracter mult mai calm dacă utilizatorul TranceM nu ar scrie niciun comentariu ! Pe viitor el se va bucura de atenție sporită din partea mea și a administratorilor !

Ferguson to recall youngsters for League Cup


LONDON (AP) - Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson is set to recall a half dozen of his young players to face Tottenham in this week's League Cup quarterfinals, just a week after they slumped to an embarrassing loss in Europe.

United hosts Spurs in one of Tuesday's two matches in what is a rerun of last year's final, which Ferguson's team won in a shootout following a 0-0 draw.

Having started his strongest side on Saturday to help keep the club within five points of Premier League leader Chelsea, Ferguson will give Danny Welbeck, Federico Macheda, Rafael da Silva and Gabriel Obertan another chance to prove themselves worthy of a lengthy career with United.

They missed their last opportunity, losing 1-0 to Besiktas to surrender the club's eight-year unbeaten home record in the Champions League.

"It will be the same players that played on Wednesday," Ferguson said. "Their future is well marked out, I think.

"Of course, they will grow from that experience. I was confident of playing them and they had every right to play."

Those four players are all between 18 and 20 years old, with 21-year-old Anderson and 22-year-old Darron Gibson also set to return against Spurs.

Ferguson said the sextet's development compared favorably with that of David Beckham, Nicky Butt, Paul Scholes and Gary Neville, who helped United to the 1995-96 title in their first seasons as first-team regulars. They were all 20 at the start of that season.

Ferguson said his youngsters just need the experience of games against the likes of Tottenham, which is third in the Premier League and has reached the League Cup final each of the past two seasons.

"We're not talking about ability here; we're talking about experience," Ferguson said. "That's why we have to play them. Games are the one thing we have to give them.

"We can't just give them that old head that helps you deal with situations like on Wednesday in the final third of the field."

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has to decide whether to stick with his strongest side, which beat Wigan 9-1 and then drew 1-1 at Aston Villa in its past two matches, or shuffle the lineup and jeopardize his chances of a shock win.

Luka Modric and Ledley King are still recuperating from injury, so Redknapp may tinker with rather than completely overhaul his team.

Sir Alex defends young stars

Sir Alex Ferguson has issued an angry response to criticism levelled at some of his young players during the Reds’ 1-0 Champions League defeat to Besiktas last week. And the boss defiantly states that his intent to play them against Tottenham in the Carling Cup on Tuesday will not be swayed.

Opportunities were given to six players under the age of 22: Danny Welbeck (then 18), Federico Macheda (18), Rafael (19), Gabriel Obertan (20), Anderson (21) and Darron Gibson (22).

“It will be the same players that played on Wednesday,” he said of his team for Tuesday’s visit of Harry Redknapp’s side. “Their future is well marked out, I think.”

The press were clearly unimpressed, but Sir Alex took particular exception to one report.

“One journalist wrote, ‘there’s no future for these players, no tomorrow for them’," Sir Alex said incredulously. "What an idiot. I can’t believe that. It’s unbelievable. When Beckham, Butt, Scholes and all those lads played in 1996, they were 22 years of age - three years ahead of these players. So that kind of reaction is amazing, isn’t it?

“Of course they will grow from that experience. I was confident of playing them, and they had every right to play. They will play on Tuesday, too.”

The performance against Besiktas was typically youthful – a strong start, full of enthusiasm, but without the know-how to make possession and chances count.

“They got anxious. They’d made good chances but hurried things - that’s not the biggest crime in the world. We’re not talking about ability here, we’re talking about experience.”

Seemingly, if the critics had their way, these young players would be stuck in the Catch-22 of never getting the experience of playing on such occasions precisely because they too inexperienced.

“That’s why we have to play them,” says Sir Alex. “Games are the one thing we have to give them. We can’t just give them that old head that helps you deal with situations like on Wednesday in the final third of the field.

“The number of young players we have is stacking up, they need to be challenged. I thought they did OK and I didn’t think they deserved that kind of criticism. But the same journalists will be wanting articles from them when they are stars, going cap-in-hand, begging them for interviews in a few years’ time – mark my words on that. They’ll be hypocritical and say, ‘I’ve always said you were going to be a wonderful player’. What a world we live in.

“The thing is, Alan Hansen made comments in front of millions of people on TV and gets slaughtered for it, the journalist I mentioned writes that and it gets buried in the middle of a newspaper article and gets off with it. He should be sacked!”
