4.Ceva posmagi biscuiti primele zile sunt folositoare
5.Cărbune, pastile de avion (daca ai nevoie) luati seama la vama UKR puteti avea probleme!
6.O copie în plus la: Contract, DS, Viza, Pasaport, Permis conducere. Eu aveam 1 set de copii in bagajul mare + 1 in geanta de spate

2. #17395 by Raito Oameni buni ajutati-ma, eu ca un ca student care pina era prea tirziu nu stieam de acest forum m-am inscris la ACORD TRAVEL (nici intr-un caz sa nu repetati greseala mea) am dat gajul de 2000 lei care va fi intors cind ma voi intoarce in moldova, eu sunt aici, dar ca sa scot acei 2000 lei era nevoie sa scriu la fel si un contract de reintoarcere a taxelor (era necesar de ultemele 2 paychecks care sunt in original la mine am dat doar xeroxul) chind am scris cererea de reintoarcere a celor 2000 lei mi sa promis ca se vor transfera pe cardul meu bancar in timp de 30 zile ceea ce nu sa intimplat si nu cred ca o sa se intimple ( au o scuza ca multi se intorc din SUA si au mult de lucru si nu reusesc, povesti cu zmeu) cu asa succese eu cer ajutor de cei care au avut deafacere cu asa ceva, eu doresc sa intreb daca e posibil sa rezeliez contractul lor de reintoarcere a taxelor prin ACORD TRAVEL, daca ei nu imi intorc acei 2000 lei de unde sa sper ca o sa-mi intoarca taxele cum sa eu acei bani ai mei si sa scap de demonii estea???

La inceput costurile erau unele .... La sfirsit au ajuns peste (nu vorbesc de 100-200$)
Am avut contract la un resort in Cambridge Maryland Angajator: Hyatt (Hyatt Regency Chesepeake Bay) in contract ofereau cazare cu un pret cind am ajuns pretul era +20$. Atunci toti studentii am scris si la sponsori si la Acord mai toti plini de indiferenta ... Deja noi am prins un sponsor care era in localitate si am pus presiune asupra lui sa gaseasca o gazda normala (in zona nu prea erau multe case in rent .... Erau sau scumpe sau departe de job sau deja ocupate de indieni sau altii care au venit inainte ca si noi sau pe contract de 1 an) La interviuri au dat de inteles ca vom avea si second job tot la acest resort aha cind am ajuns lucram vrio 6-7 ore pe zi cu 2 off pe sapt nu au dat overtime si nis second la acest angajator .... Localitatea era mica deci am mers fiecare restaurant, magazin in parte nimeni nu avea nevoie de angajati deoarece totul mergea slow am lucrat o vara nu am vazut nimic, nu am cumparat nimic, nu am strins nici un ban ( costurile de pe program nu au fost acoperite)

Acum sunt in state dar asta o putem face si prin alte modlaitati sau alte companii (Acordul a facut bani pe mine si pe altii ca mine)

Atentie Work and Travel Studenti
Scriu acest mic anunt ca sa inform pe toti studentii despre activitatile ilegale ce se petrec in cadrul firmei Student Adventure pe parcursul a mai multi ani ca sa nu sufere si alti studenti de pe urma lor...
Oficial Student Adventure este o companie ce ajuta studentii sa ajunga peste hotarele tarii prin programe Work and Travel (de obicei in SUA), neoficial Student
Adventure are un singur scop - de a scoate cit mai multi bani din fiecare student iar obligatiunile sale nu si le respecta:
1) In primul rind odata ajunsi in SUA multi studenti afla ca de fapt nu au angajator iar studentii ramin pe drumuri venind la Moldova plini de datorii.
2) Veniti in Moldova cei studenti ce au avut norocul sa lucreze sunt amagiti a doua oara de Student Adventure la recuperarea taxelor, pentru cei ce nu stiu la data de 27 Noiembrie 2013 Centrul National Anticoruptie (CNA) la retinut pe proprietarul firmei Nicolae Jantic pentru spălare de bani: 168 de studenţi au fost păgubiţi cu peste 2 000 000 de lei, iar pe data de 29 Noiembrie 2013 Nicolae Jantic a primit de la CNA 30 de zile de arest la domiciliu.
3) Schema prin care au fost spalati banii studentilor este deosebit de frauduloasa deoarece pe numele fiecarui student a fost deschis cite un card bancar ( 168 la numar, pentru fiecare student ) la Victoriabank de unde ulterior proprietarul firmei Nicolae Jantic a extras toti banii, iar cardurile bancare au fost deschise la banca Victoriabank fara instiintarea si acordul studentilor.
4) Metoda prin care Nicolae Jantic obtinea taxele de la IRS (Налоговое управление США, http://www.irs.gov) este si ea foarte smechere deoarece prin prezentarea datelor eronate Nicolae Jantic obtinea de doua sau de trei ori mai multi bani in cecul de returnare a taxelor - adica daca studentul are de primit taxe in valoare de 500$ firma Student Adventure obtinea cec de 1500$, din aceasta reiese ca Nicolae Jantic pune in buzunar 1000$ dolari mai mult, dar cu toti stim ca cascaval gratis este numai in capcana pentru soareci deoarece toti studentii care pe viitor vor vrea sa plece in SUA vor avea probleme, posibil nu li se va deschide viza iar daca li se va deschide atunci anul viitor cind IRS va face bilantul contabil pentru anul trecut va depista lipsa banilor iar studentii vor intoarce din buzunarul propriu banii furati de Nicolae Jantic, probabil IRS nu se va limita cu atita si va actiona studentii in judecata iar in SUA aceste actiuni ilegale se cosidera ca Felony - la acelasi nivel cu ucigasii unde puteti incasa 30 ani de puscarie...
5) Din experienta profesionala pot sa va spun ca Moldovenii aflati cu traiul in SUA au incercat si ei asa smecherii dar statul ia obligat sa restitue banii plus la aceasta au primit amenzi foarte mari la care mai sunt chemati si prin judecati...
Din aceasta am facut o concluzie ca cu Student Adventure nu ma voi lega niciodata deoarece mau furat de bani, timp si nervi pe care nui voi mai recupera niciodata deoarece organele de drept de la noi fiecare stie cum lucreaza, Nicolae Jantic se va imparti cu CNA si Dosarul va fi inchis.
De asemenea pot face concluzii ca Nicolae Jantic de fapt a spalat nu 2 000 000 lei dar la vreo 6 000 000 lei deoarece prezentind informatii false la complectarea anchetei fiecarui student pentru restituirea taxelor isi tripla banii...

SWT program regulations limit participation in the program to four months.  Program participants should not enter the United States earlier than 3 days before May 21, 2013.

They should return to Moldova and be in class at their universities no later than September 16, 2013.

The end date on the DS-2019 form is the last day a person can WORK in the United States.  To ensure that the SWT program does not interfere with university classes and that students do not work past the authorized date, we ask all SWT students to be back by September 16, 2013. 

We take this very seriously and students who remain in the U.S. beyond September 16, 2013 may have a difficult time obtaining another visa in the future, even if they do not exceed their authorized stay.

Кроме этих вопросов, он может попросить показать зачётку! Это лучше сделать и неважно, какие там оценки, главное, чтоб предыдущие сессии были закрыты! Переведи заранее на английский язык названия предметов, которые ты изучаешь: обычно это вызывает наибольшие трудности, а заикание при их перечислении может вызвать подозрения, что ты нерадивый студент!  И ещё бывалые рекомендуют говорить, говорить и ещё раз говорить! Желательно по теме, ну а там как получится!

КАК ПОЛУЧИТЬ ВИЗУ В США? ЧТО СПРАШИВАЮТ В ПОСОЛЬСТВЕ?
Каждый участник будет обязан пройти личное собеседование в посольстве США и сдать отпечатки пальцев.
Дата и время собеседования будет сообщена каждому участнику заблаговременно офисом Центра в городе, в котором участник подавал в программу. Центр-Москва не дает студентам, оформлявшимся не в Москве, консультаций по дате, времени или процедуре прохождения собеседования в посольстве, на все эти вопросы будут рады ответить в региональном представительстве. Обязательно хорошо спланируй свое путешествие в Москву – если ты не явишься в указанные день и время, назначение повторного собеседования может быть НЕВОЗМОЖНО.
Хотим напомнить, что:

ДОЛЖНЫ БЫТЬ СДАНЫ в камеры хранения на вокзале. Человек, который приходит к посольству, НЕ должен иметь с собой НИЧЕГО, кроме ДОКУМЕНТОВ, указанных ниже.
На собеседование ты ДОЛЖЕН принести:
1) JobOffer
2) Студенческий билет (обязательно оригинал, обязательно продленный)
3) Зачетку (обязательно оригинал, обязательно продленную)
4) Общегражданский паспорт
Крайне важно, чтобы у тебя было все, перечисленное выше, мы убедительно просим тебя не забыть ничего. Если у тебя есть вопросы по процедуре прохождения собеседования в посольстве, на них будут рады ответить в том представительстве, в котором ты подавал в программу.
Время тебе назовут в региональном представительстве, если ты забыл время – перезвони представителю в своем городе и уточни!

Проезд: метро Баррикадная, выходишь из метро (выход только в одну сторону) и идешь к высотному зданию, переходишь дорогу ( не попади под машину, светофор работает плохоJ ), поворачиваешь налево и пройдя 200 метров попадаешь на Садовое кольцо. Поворачиваешь направо и идешь по Садовому кольцу около 150-200 метров до памятника великому русскому тенору Федору Ивановичу Шаляпину. Здесь тебя встречают представители Центра-Москва – которые и организуют твой проход в посольство.

Напоминаем: у памятника надо быть ТОЧНО в указанное время, ни минутой позже, так что планируй свою поездку заранее. Учти, что с любого из вокзалов твой путь до Новинского бульвара займет около часа.
ЧТО БУДЕТ В ПОСОЛЬСТВЕ:
Анализ ситуации подталкивает к следующим размышлениям.
Логика посольства проста, доступна и прозрачна в большинстве случаев. Они не хотят, чтобы участники оставались в США. Скорее всего, вернется в Россию тот, у кого есть куда вернуться, есть к чему вернуться. Тот, у кого есть “привязки к Родине”.

ТЫ - ХОРОШИЙ СТУДЕНТ
Посольство рассматривает твой студенческий статус как самую главную привязку. Ты - студент, ты получаешь высшее образование, ты - будущая элита нашего общества, у тебя большое будущее здесь. Это должно быть видно по тебе невооруженным взглядом, это должно читаться в твоих движениях и лучиться в твоих глазах. Ты стремишься быть идеальным студентом, ты не просыпаешь лекции, а вернешься в Россию ты так, чтобы не помешать учебному процессу – до 1 октября. Да, кстати: ты выбрал свою специальность не случайно, ты в ней хорошо разбираешься, любишь ее, можешь ответить на любой самый неожиданный вопрос (прочитать стихотворение на французском, рассказать о строение атома – совершенно серьезно, такое спрашивали). У тебя очень конкретные планы на будущее и на свою карьеру (многие американцы планируют всю свою жизнь после школы), ты знаешь, где бы ты хотел работать по окончании ВУЗа, как получить эту работу, и т.п.
ТЫ ГОВОРИШЬ ПО-АНГЛИЙСКИ
Стоит ли объяснять?
Ты общаешься с консулом стоя, через бронированное стекло с помощью микрофона. Это не способствует лучшему восприятию беглой американской речи, но что делать! Будь готов. Не понял – переспроси, много раз лучше не переспрашивать и отвечать невпопад тоже плохо. Что же делать в этом случае? Извечный вопрос переводчиков, на который уклоняются отвечать преподаватели – что делать, когда не понял и переспросить нет возможности? Вялые ответы преподавателей типа “нужно понимать” нам, как ты понимаешь, в данном случае мало помогут. Попробуй сделать умный вид (это несложно, поскольку все вы у нас умные!) и спросить нечто в духе: “Вы имеете в виду…” (Youmean) и дальше описать Ваше представление о том, что тебя спросили, но твоим языком, т.е. так, как ты это понимаешь и своими словами. Не сахар, но лучше, чем стоять молчать или отвечать не по теме.
Не дай повод заподозрить, что ты плохо говоришь или не понял вопроса. Реагируй быстрее. Оправдания типа “я даже по-русски не знаю, что ответить” не прокатывают. Не знаешь что ответить? Можешь напороться на отношение – “Дай дорогу тому, кто знает, а сам сиди дома”. Тебе задали вопрос – на него надо ответить, а не просто сказать Я НЕ ЗНАЮ.
С другой стороны бояться НЕ надо, 97 процентов студентов визы получают. Надеемся, ты будешь среди нихJ.
ТЫ ЗНАЕШЬ ЦЕЛИ ПРОГРАММЫ
Эти программы культурного обмена, инициированы правительством США с целью популяризации американской культуры по всему миру. Ты ведь едешь туда попутешествовать, увидеть наконец саму АМЕРИКУ, тебе нужен английский в твоей будущей профессии (ты ведь собираешься стать министром иностранных дел не меньше! ), ты коммуникабелен, молод, тебе интересен контакт с другим миром, с другими людьми. Что? Деньги? Ну да, почему бы и нет, если за это еще и платят – вообще сказка! ) На мороженное останется, и всю Америку объехать, тоже можно будет.
TRICKYQUESTIONS/КАВЕРЗНЫЕ ВОПРОСЫ
Каверзные вопросы – специфика последних лет. Забудь слово “неожиданно” на время собеседования в посольстве. Спросить могут, что угодно. Сколько ног у лошади? Кто Министр Финансов РФ? Можете спеть российский гимн? Это правда. Это спрашивали. Цель таких вопросов – проверить твой английский, реакцию в различных заведомо неприятных для тебя обстоятельствах. Реакция с юмором прокатывает, НО знай меру + юмор то, он ведь в разных странах разный.
ПАТРИОТИЗМ
Ты возвращаешься из США. Куда? Есть ли тебе куда вернуться? Конечно! В мой любимый ВУЗ! В моей любимой стране! С богатой старинной культурой, великими поэтами и художниками, прославившими Россию по всему миру. Не забывай о конкретных именах и фамилиях, исторических фактах. Пользуйся возможностью с гордостью рассказать о нас и наших достижениях американскому консулу. Звучит немного пафосно, но мы надеемся, что ты действительно патриот и не скажешь что-нить вроде: Америка –классная страна, а у нас в России – все плохо. Нет, мы независимы, у нас есть временные трудности переходного периода, но с большое будущее.
Впечатление о тебе составлено консулом заранее по твоим документам, но не все предрешено. Многое зависит от тебя, твоих ответов и поведения на собеседовании. Benice! Будь приветлив, внимателен. УЛЫБАТЬСЯ МОЖНО!!! МОЖНО ДАЖЕ УДАЧНО ПОШУТИТЬ. Можно вести себя спокойно! Помни – не к тебе пришли за визой в США, а ТЫ пришел получать визу. Не надо бояться, но и наглость тоже не приветствуется, помните, кто к кому пришел. BENICE!
Не молчи, пользуйся возможностью говорить. Говори по теме уверенно и много, если надо будет – тебя остановят.
КАК ВЕСТИ СЕБЯ В ПОСОЛЬСТВЕ
Веди себя спокойно и с достоинством. Не надо переговариваться с друзьями, пока ты ожидаешь своего собеседования, не надо кричать или постоянно вскакивать со стула, чтобы осмотреть достопримечательности посольского здания. В прошлом году работники консульства попросили нас вывести 5 студентов из-за их неподобающего поведения. Надеемся, в этом году такого не случится, ведь вы все взрослые и умеете вести себя нормально.
Не надо говорить ничего, о чем тебя не спрашивают и пытаться засунуть в окошко ничего, чего у тебя не просят! Смотри только прямо в глаза консулу! Даже когда он не смотрит на тебя, бормочет себе под нос и вообще делает вид, что читает твои анкеты - смотреть нужно на него! Не шарить взглядом по сторонам! Не делать лишних движений конечностями! И вообще не привлекать к себе лишнего внимания!
Наизусть нужно знать и уметь четко сказать по-английски любую информацию из вашего джоб оффера, название вашего ВУЗа, факультета, названия предметов (особенно тех, экзамены по которым вы сдавали в прошлой сессии), место работы отца, матери и родных братьев сестер, название фирмы-оператора программы, которая подавала ваши документы в посольство и спонсорской организации в США, которая выпускала для вас DS-2019, обязательно знать, что конкретно будешь делать в штатах: housekeeper – I’ll be vacuuming, sometimes doing windows etc. Обязательно спросят, be sure !!!
