He's totally different, I respect Benitez, and Wenger and so does he, but Sir Alex is something else, why have so many of his past players moved into management and succeeded. He's building a new team yet again at United, watch whom he promotes. Think about this; If Micheal Owen sits at the side of you in the dressing room or comes onto the pitch, do you think of him a rubbish has been, or are you in awe of him? As a coach do you say forget him he's rubbish or are you wary of him? Look at Blanc and Larson, look closely, Blanc quickly picked up the game and was excellent, his reading of the game was phenomenal as was Larson, as was Teddy. United's all about winning and he's gauranteed to have 75,000 plus watching him do it every other week,it's a much bigger stage than Liverpool and this lad's a lot to prove, I wouldn't want a sharp Micheal Owen hanging around my penalty area with Rooney alongside him and Valencia crossing balls for him. He's an impact player as was Tevez, but when he's on he's more prolific. Mark my words, this is a great piece of business and no were near the last signing. I for one welcome the lad. Now get Cahill, a target with a swap, and Aguero and a midfield player from Brazil who's terms are being discussed now. I don't agree with United's recruitment policy they take far too long getting a player, they missed Zidane having wtched him forever, Henry by hours,Owen in his youth, Ronaldhino and many others. They're far too cautious and cocky and that needs to change and quickly, I can tell you if a lad can play after 3 games, I don't need 2 years to decide on him. They nearly lost out on Ronaldo but for the players and a friendly game. But this move is a no-brainer,if he's fit and starts to score there'll be some pretty peed-off people out there. I can hear the chant now "Oh Micheal Owen he came to Man Utd and he won the lot". Sound familar. Fate is knocking on someone's door. It's Almost spooky!

Empoli Youngster Alberto Massacci: I'm Signing For Manchester United
The Red Devils are poised to pick up another young talent from overseas...

Alberto Massacci claims he is signing for Manchester United after agreeing a deal with the club’s manager, Sir Alex Ferguson.

The 16-year-old is currently on the books of Empoli, but is yet to make his debut for the Italian club.

However, he has clearly done enough to impress Sir Alex as Massacci has revealed he is on his way to Old Trafford, similar to the way in which Federico Macheda was snapped up at a young age.

Reports claim that the full-back has already had a medical and will fly to Manchester on Sunday to sign his contract with the Premier League champions.

Speaking to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the youngster said, “When Sir Alex Ferguson rang me up, I couldn't believe it.

"I had an hour-long conversation with him, in English. He seemed a humble person and nobody from the club made the pressure of a historic side weigh on my shoulders.

"In life a chance like this only comes past you once, so you've got to grab it with both hands. It isn't an easy decision aged 16 to leave my home, family and friends, but I don't want to have regrets."

United have already signed Antonio Valencia and Michael Owen this summer, although unlike that duo, Massacci will not go straight into the first-team squad.
