Report: Milan & Porto Agree Aly Cissokho Transfer Fee
The French wing-back looks set to complete his move to the Rossoneri for €10m...

Negotiations between Milan and Porto over defender Aly Cissokho had apparently broken down on Friday, after the player failed a medical and Diavoli general manager Adriano Galliani revealed that the Portuguese club were unwilling to re-negotiate the terms of the deal.

The two clubs had reportedly agreed a €15million transfer fee for the 21-year-old last Sunday, but Milan team doctors discovered a problem with his teeth during a routine medical at Le Betulle Clinic.

Porto rejected Milan’s new offer to sign the player on loan with a view to a permanent signing next summer, but La Gazzetta dello Sport today claims that the Dragoes have now accepted a reduced bid of €10m.

An official announcement could arrive at the start of next week.

The agreement was also confirmed by Cisokho’s agent, Roger Boli, in an interview with French newspaper L’Equipe last night.

“There are a few details left,” he said.

“The only problem was tied to the agreement between the two clubs on the value of the transfer. The negotiations are ongoing, but I'm fairly confident.”

Edin Dzeko's Move From Wolfsburg To Milan Still Possible - Agent

Vlado Borozan, agent of Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko, has given his view on the possible transfer of his client to Milan.

According to Borozan, the negotiations are not easy and it is still too early to express a certainty on Dzeko's future, even though there might be some news next week.

"The operation of Dzeko to Milan is very delicate and complex," explained the player's agent to ilsussidiario.net. "Right now, anything could happen.

"The negotiation is open for any possibility, but next week there will be some new news. Wolfsburg wants to hold on to the player.

"The German club did not make any evaluations, maybe Dzeko is worth more or less €35 million, we don't know.

"However, the club wants to speak to the player to understand well what he wants to do and only then they will decide what to do; anything is possible."

Berlusconi: Pirlo Could Leave AC Milan
The club patron has admitted that Italian international could be sold this summer...

Milan are set to undergo massive changes under new coach Leonardo, already selling Kaka to Real Madrid. The next player thought to be leaving the San Siro is midfielder Andrea Pirlo.

"We will see what will happen. I was the first to say he should stay, but we must consider our [financial] accounts," club patron Silvio Berlusconi explained to Il Corriere dello Sport.

Indeed, Chelsea have been linked with the 30-year-old and Pirlo himself has admitted the possibility he could move to Stamford Bridge to rejoin former coach Carlo Ancelotti. Nonetheless, Berlusconi is confident that his team will remain competitive if they make changes.

"Milan is a great team. We could have won even this past year, but we played in the wrong manner. I was the first to say so, we conceded many goals in the last few minutes," he added.

Meanwhile, the Rossoneri supremo also has faith in Brazilian duo Ronaldinho and Pato for the upcoming campaign.

"[Ronaldinho] will have a big year," he continued. "[Pato] is great and will have an extraordinary career, I think he can even replace Kaka in that sense."

Silvio Berlusconi Launches Tirade Against 'Mad' Real Madrid
The AC Milan supremo has launched a thunderous attack on Los Blancos following Florentino Perez's much-publicised activity in the transfer market...

AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has spoken out against Real Madrid’s huge spending spree in the past few weeks and stated that he feels the transfer fees being brandished about at the moment are "figures of pure madness".

Berlusconi was, of course, directly involved in one of the most controversial transfer moves of the summer, when he urged Brazilian Kaka to leave the San Siro and join Real Madrid for the handsome sum of €65m.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s protracted move to the Bernabeu is also edging closer to completion, and Berlusconi feels that the market dominance of Madrid is having a detrimental effect on the game as a whole.

“These are figures in football that are pure madness," he told La Gazzetta Dello Sport.

“The figures bear no relation to the normal economy, and it is beyond common sense and decency.”

In addition to his remarks on the Spanish giants, he also shrugged off claims that he himself was chasing the big buck by sanctioning the sale of Kaka to Real Madrid in the first place.

“Kaka did not invent football,” said the eccentric Prime Minister.

Berlusconi, however, is not the only high profile individual to speak out against the inflated levels of spending undertaken by Florentino Perez.

Manchester United legend Sir Bobby Charlton called the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo "vulgar", while Dutch maestro Johann Cruyff claimed that both Ronaldo and Kaka were "simply not worth the money".

Report: Milan To Turn To Fiorentina Star Felipe Melo If Andrea Pirlo Joins Chelsea
The Rossoneri could swoop for the Brazilian midfielder if Pirlo is allowed to reunite with Carlo Ancelotti in England.

Milan have been tipped to make a move for Fiorentina midfielder Felipe Melo should Andrea Pirlo depart for Chelsea.

Rossoneri president Silvio Berlusconi admitted yesterday that the Italian international could leave the club this summer, amid rumours that new Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti is eager to take him to west London.

The Corriere dello Sport claims the Premier League outfit could offer winger Florent Malouda in part-exchange for the Rossoneri playmaker.

The Via Turati directors continue to monitor the position of Sao Paulo ace Hernanes as replacement for Pirlo, but other sources suggest they could launch a bid for Viola and Brazil midfielder Felipe Melo.

The 25-year-old has impressed in his first season in the peninsula and has now established himself as a regular in Carlos Dunga’s Selecao.

Milan’s city rivals Inter and Spanish giants Real Madrid are also reportedly keeping tabs on him, but the former Flamengo man yesterday reaffirmed his desire to remain in Florence.

Fiorentina paid €13 million to sign the Brazilian from Almeria last summer, but his valuation is now around €20-25m.

The agent has launched a high price for his client as he invites offers...

Giuseppe Rossi's agent has invited clubs interested in his client to start submitting bids as he sets a price for the Villarreal striker.

The Italian international has been tipped to join a big club this summer, and he has recently been linked with moves to Milan and Juventus. Federico Pastorello claims Rossi would be happy at Milan, but he would be open to other clubs too.

"Rossi is worth between €25 million - €28m for his age and for the things he has done so far," the agent told GR Parlamento.

"In terms of these margins, there would not be any room to do things differently.

"There is the possibility he could return to Italy, but he is not in any rush to do this. He is fine at Villarreal.

"After Villarreal, he wants to play for a bigger team. He would be happy at Milan because he used to support them when he was young.

"However, he wouldn't mind Real Madrid, Barcelona or Chelsea as it wouldn't make a big difference to him."

Juventus have been keen on the Italian striker, but Pastorello admits there has not been an official discussion with the club.

AC Milan To Replace Andrea Pirlo With Fernando Gago - Report
Fernando Gago could be on his way out of Real Madrid to join AC Milan...

AC Milan are considering making a move for Real Madrid's Fernando Gago to bolster their midfield should Andrea Pirlo be allowed to leave the club this summer, according to a report.

Chelsea are said to be interested in the Italian playmaker, but a swap deal could be arranged with Los Merengues that would see the two players switch clubs.

Kaka has already called for Pirlo to join him at the Santiago Bernabeu if Milan do want to sell him and a move to Spain may appeal to the 30-year-old.

After eight years with the Rossoneri, Pirlo is widely tipped to leave as club president Silvio Berlusconi revealed that offers would be considered for his services.

That has led to speculation about who would replace him and while Felipe Melo has been mentioned, El Mundo Deportivo think that Gago is being lined up by the Milan hierarchy.

Madrid are willing to listen to offers for all but three of their current first team squad members and the Argentinian could go for the right price or in a swap deal.
