Fraţilor, văd că mulţi dintre voi vă descurcaţi foarte bine cu limba engleză. Robyn mi-a recomandat un forum şi iată vi-l recomand şi eu vouă. Forumul este super, blog, galerie de foto. Utilizatorii activi au acces la Media Room: o mulţime de fotografii calitative, video (meciuri, interviuri, compilaţii). Trebuie doar să postaţi calitativ (adică să nu fie posturi din 3-4 cuvinte). Dacă doriţi să vă alăturaţi click aici

Sunt bineveniţi şi fanii altor echipe, cu condiţia că se vor comporta frumos pe forum, fără abuzuri şi discriminări, şi sunt dornici să participe la discuţii civilizate!

Ca un jucator sa primeasca medalie trebuie sa aiba 10 aparitii. Nici Pique si nici Kuszczak nu au avut atitea aparitii in acest sezon.

Ferguson wins managerial honour

Ferguson has been in charge of Manchester United for 22 seasons

Sir Alex Ferguson has won the League Managers' Association manager of the year award after leading Manchester United to a 10th Premier League crown.

The 66-year-old will also take United to the first all-English Champions League final against Chelsea on 21 May.

"It is a tremendous honour that my fellow managers should deem me worthy of this award," said Ferguson. "I'm very proud to receive it."

He received his award from England manager Fabio Capello.

The Scot, who has been at the helm at Old Trafford for 22 seasons, also received the accolade in 1999 when he guided United to a Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup Treble.

After a modest celebration at an end-of-season dinner with his players on Sunday, Ferguson is turning his attention to the prospect of more European silverware.

And he believes pipping Chelsea to the Premier League title will boost his side ahead of the Champions League showdown with the Blues in Moscow.

"The mood generated by the win puts us in a very confident position," added Ferguson.

"I expect my players to have the ability and confidence to play on the biggest stage in the world; of that I have absolutely no doubt."

Ferguson's manager of the year award was voted for by the members of the LMA and takes into account the performance of all the managers during the season.

West Brom boss Tony Mowbray took the Championship manager of the year award after he guided the Baggies to the title and thereby promotion to the Premier League.

Swansea manager Roberto Martinez won the League One honour and Graham Turner lifted the League Two award after taking Hereford to automatic promotion in their first season back in the Football League.

Gill promises funds for Ferguson

David Gill is happy to open the purse-strings once again

Manchester United chief executive David Gill has promised Sir Alex Ferguson further funds to strengthen his title-winning squad this summer.

Gill said: "We will be in a position where, if we can improve it, we will.

"It is the best league in the world so if we want to continue to be at the top we have to make sure we look at the squad and improve it."

United were happy to spend last summer, with Owen Hargreaves, Anderson, Carlos Tevez and Nani all added to the squad.

However, Ferguson has been given licence to add more new signings as he looks to equal Liverpool's record haul of 18 league titles.

England internationals Michael Owen and Micah Richards are rumoured to be on the Scotsman's shopping list.

"When you make big money signings like we did last year, it is fantastic when you see them come in and do so well," said Gill.

"That shows what this club is about. All these big stars are integrated very quickly, made to feel very welcome and therefore they produce the goods on the pitch."

In a later interview for BBC Radio 5 Live, Gill added that United's success was attributable to a number of individuals.

Gill said: "It's down to Fergsuon, his assistant Carlos Queiroz, the coaching staff, the scouting staff and the players.

"It's down to what happens on the pitch but what happens off the pitch gives Alex the funds to invest in the club."

He said the Glazer family had brought stability to Old Trafford three years after taking over.

"They recognised the importance of what happens on the pitch and to have a business plan off it.

"But there will always be certain factions that will be anti the Glazers even if we win the European Cup in Moscow."

Gill also insisted there was no question of the 66-year-old Ferguson considering retirement, adding: "He's on a 12-month rolling contract and we never discuss it [retirement].

"He's got the enthusiasm and the appetite for more."

Sa speram ca Glazer ne va aloca un buget considerabil si ca pt sezonul viitor SAF va face 2-3 transferuri de marca.Eu cred ca daca vom transfera 1-2 varfuri autentice (Huntelaar,sre ex) si un aparator de banda dreapta (mi l-as dori pe D.Alves),atunci pt urmatoarele 5 sezoane nu mai avem nevoie de noi jucatori si nici nu mai cred ca o sa avem adversari! Transferurile insa trebuie sa fie tinute in mare taina pt ca mirlanii de la clenski cumpara cam tot ce apare prin presa referitor la jucatori doriti sau contactati de United!
