Clark is torn because he thinks the world would be better off if he had never arrived in Smallville. Jor-El arranges for him to see what life would have been like if Clark hadn't existed - Lex (Michael Rosenabum) is President of the United States, Kara is raised by the Luthors, Jonathan (John Schneider) is alive, Lana (Kristin Kreuk) is happily married and Chloe (Allison Mack) and Lois (Erica Durance) are ace reporters. Aaron Ashmore also stars. UPDATED 4/14/08: Even though the official description says "Jonathan is still alive"... that doesn't necessarily mean that he's the "character we haven't seen on Smallville for a while." Though a John Schneider guest appearance would really fit in well here. - Brett Dier plays "Chris," a boy who grew up living in the Kent house in the alternate universe where Clark did not come to Earth. Whether he's a natural born Kent child or adopted remains to be seen. - Chloe's fiancee is most likely the character named "George." - Lana is married and living in France - and no, her husband isn't Jason Teague. UPDATED 4/8/08: Ausiello also reveals that Chloe is engaged in this alternate universe that Clark encounters. He's keeping mum about who she is engaged to, but we can tell you that it's not Jimmy, and it's not Pete, either. - Ausiello also reveals that Lex "will have a fancy new job with an even fancier new office.
