Jucatorii

1. Joel Anthony
Info

Joel Vincent Anthony (born August 9, 1982, in Montreal, Quebec) is a Canadian professional basketball player in the NBA who is currently a member of the Miami Heat.

Anthony, nicknamed "The Warden", attended prestigious Selwyn House School in Montreal from 1994 to 1997. He graduated from Emmanuel Christian School, class of '99. After Emmanuel, he attended Dawson College, where he was cut from the preliminary basketball squad.

By the time he graduated from Florida's Pensacola Junior College in 2004, however, he had come into his own on the court. He made the first team all-conference for 2003–04, averaging 9 points, 7 rebounds and 3.5 blocks per game.

At the University of Nevada, Las Vegas he made a name for himself, helping lead the Runnin' Rebels to a 30–7 season his senior year, being named Mountain West Conference defensive player of the year[1] and finishing second in the NCAA in shot block percentage.

Anthony made his Canadian national men's basketball team debut in the summer of 2008. He made a tremendous impact on the court for the Canadians, by setting both scoring and block shot records for an individual game. Canada however failed to qualify for the Beijing Olympics.

On July 16, 2010, Joel Anthony re-signed with the Miami Heat on a five-year deal.[2] He is the starting center for the Heat.

Info

Christopher Wesson Bosh (born March 24, 1984) is an American professional basketball player who plays power forward for the Miami Heat in the National Basketball Association (NBA).

A high school "Mr. Basketball" in Texas, Bosh left college at Georgia Tech after one season to enter the 2003 NBA Draft. He was selected fourth overall by the Toronto Raptors in a very competitive draft class. While at Toronto, Bosh emerged as one of the young stars in the league; he became a five-time NBA All-Star, was named to the All-NBA second team once, appeared for the US national team (with whom he won a gold medal at the 2008 Olympics), and took over former fan-favorite Vince Carter as the face and leader of the Raptors franchise. In the 2006–07 season, Bosh led the Raptors to their first NBA Playoffs berth in five years, and their first ever division title. He left Toronto as its all-time leader in points, rebounds, blocks, double doubles, free throws made and attempted, and minutes played.

Bosh was nicknamed "CB4" by Toronto Raptors play-by-play commentator Chuck Swirsky, a combination of Bosh's initials and then jersey number.[1] Seeking to promote sports and education amongst youths in Dallas and Toronto, Bosh set up the Chris Bosh Foundation and regularly speaks to youths about the benefits of reading.
