It uses television, the Internet, and live events, with additional major revenue sources from product licensing and direct product sales. Dixie Carter is the president of the company and co-founder Jeff Jarrett is the Vice President. In 2002, Panda Energy International purchased the majority of its shares. The company has its headquarters in Orlando, Florida; its trading company TNA Entertainment, LLC operates out of Nashville, Tennessee. The company previously bore the name "NWA Total Nonstop Action" — at the time of it's formation it belonged to the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). TNA was granted exclusive rights to both the NWA World Heavyweight Championship and the NWA World Tag Team Championship. TNA withdrew from the NWA in 2004, but was permitted to continue to use the championships until the NWA abrogated the agreement in May 2007. TNA became the first American promotion to make exclusive use of a hexagonal wrestling-ring (as opposed to the more conventional four-sided ring).The organization also employed the unconventional rule that a championship can change hands as the result of a disqualification or countout, but has slowly phased out this rule. TNA's business focus is on professional wrestling. It is currently the second largest professional wrestling promotion in the world, behind World Wrestling Entertainment. Reguli Comportamentul pe topic: 1. Fără flood ! 2. Dacă dorești să te împarți cu rezultatul sau impresiile,folosește tagul principal în lumea sportului - spoiler. 3. Nu întreba ceea ce se poate ușor de găsit în Google sau Wikipedia printr-un simplu search. 4. Nu întreba cînd va fi următorul show sau la ce oră va fi încărcat pentru că totul depinde de extern și de cei care fac Rip. Prognozele: 1. Fiecare user poate prognoza. 2. Meciul prognozat corect - 1 punct, meciul prognozat greșit - 0 puncte. 3. Prognozele sunt calculate de către autorul topicului. 4. Toate mesajele de prognozare se scriu numai aici și nu în PM-uri. 5. Gîndiți-vă bine înainte de a prognoza deoarece autorul va lua în cosiderație mesajul inițial și orice editare va fi ignorată. 6. Prognozarea se va termina la ora 23:00 în ziua precedentă a PPV (duminica). Autorul va încheia prognozarea printr-un mesaj unde vor fi scrise fiecare prognozare a fiecărui user. Mesajul de inchiere a prognozei nu este neapărat sa fie scris de autor anume la ora 23:00, însă mesajele de prognozare vor fi luate în considerație doar pînă la această oră. 7. Fiecare are grijă de prognozele sale și își verifică scorul, dacă cineva întîlnește ceva greșit în punctele acumulate atunci scrieți în topic și vom vedea dacă mesajul corespunde orei admisibile și ce greșeli au fost comise (toți suntem oameni și toți greșim). Blacklist: 1. Userul este adăugat în "blacklist" dacă nu se comportă adecvat pe topic. 2. Cel ce este scris în "blacklist" nu participă la vreun pronostic și este lipsit de dreptul de a participa la vreun eveniment al topicului. 3. Userul poate fi șters din "blacklist" dacă a avut un comportament adecvat pe topic și recapătă dreptul de a participa la pronosticuri și evenimentele topicului. 4. Ceilalți, care nu se află în "blacklist", sunt rugați să nu atragă atenția provocărilor și să nu răspundă comentariilor celor din blacklist. Numai dacă desigur se comportă adecvat. Nu uitați că aceste reguli au fost create pentru un comportament mai corect și mai adecvat pentru participanții topicului și că pe lîngă aceste reguli mai există și regulile trackerului a căror nerespectare este verificată de către administrație.
