According to ilsussidiario.net, Milan general manager Adriano Galliani has confirmed that the "very difficult" negotiations with Porto for defender Aly Cissokho ended well "thanks to the friendship with the Porto president". The Rossoneri will pay the Portuguese side €15 million for the services of the young full-back, who can play both on the left and right flank, with the possibility of also playing as a winger when needed. There should not be any problems with the 21-year-old's contract, as Milan offered him four times more what he currently earns at Porto. In fact, the Rossoneri will offer him a four-year deal at €1m per season. This sum obviously enticed the player greatly and allowed the former Champions League winners to beat the competition of Olympique Lyon. In the meantime, Milan continue their assault on Wolfsburg for their striker Edin Dzeko, who is valued at around €30m, which the Italian club consider to be too high as they can at most offer €20m plus the loan of full-back Massimo Oddo. McDonald Mariga, who was pivotal in Parma’s promotion to Serie A next season, told a Kenyan newspaper, The Standard, that Valencia officials have been inquiring about his availability over the past month. The 22-year-old also revealed that Italian giants AC Milan and Fiorentina have also been in touch with his agent in regards to a possible transfer. “AC Milan, Fiorentina and Valencia have all showed interest in me and my agent is handling the issue. Though at the moment I’m comfortable at Parma, but if I get a better deal, I would weigh my options,” Mariga said. Milan have announced the official signing of French wing-back Aly Cissokho from Porto. The Rossoneri will reportedly pay the Portuguese club €15million plus €1m for every trophy that the Rossoneri will lift during his time at the San Siro.
