Total NonStop Action Wrestling (TNA) is a privately controlled integrated-media and sports entertainment company that deals primarily in professional wrestling. It uses television, the Internet, and live events, with additional major revenue sources from product licensing and direct product sales. Dixie Carter is the president of the company and co-founder Jeff Jarrett is the Vice President. In 2002, Panda Energy International purchased the majority of its shares.
The company has its headquarters in Orlando, Florida; its trading company TNA Entertainment, LLC operates out of Nashville, Tennessee. The company previously bore the name "NWA Total Nonstop Action" — at the time of it's formation it belonged to the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). TNA was granted exclusive rights to both the NWA World Heavyweight Championship and the NWA World Tag Team Championship. TNA withdrew from the NWA in 2004, but was permitted to continue to use the championships until the NWA abrogated the agreement in May 2007.
TNA became the first American promotion to make exclusive use of a hexagonal wrestling-ring (as opposed to the more conventional four-sided ring).The organization also employed the unconventional rule that a championship can change hands as the result of a disqualification or countout, but has slowly phased out this rule. TNA's business focus is on professional wrestling. It is currently the second largest professional wrestling promotion in the world, behind World Wrestling Entertainment.

SPOILER FOT TNA IMPACT

- Former Ring of Honor Champion Austin Aries made his return to TNA at tonight's Impact Wrestling tapings and defeated former star Kid Kash and another wrestler in a three-way match. The other wrestler was believed to be Jimmy Rave but that's not confirmed yet.

By winning the match, Aries earned a contract with TNA and a match at the upcoming Destination X pay-per-view.

As noted before, TNA is planning on bringing back several stars from the past for the Destination X pay-per-view and Aries looks to be the first.

#10180 Linu, -- A promotional poster has been released for TNA's August pay-per-view with the show listed as "Hardcore Justice" with Abyss on the cover. The show was known simply as "Hard Justice" before last year. No word on if they will continue with the "ECW" theme.

**SPOILER** – Big Names At The iMPACT! Tapings

Former TNA X Division Champion Jerry Lynn is backstage at the Impact! Wrestling Zone in Orlando, Florida for tonight’s iMPACT! Wrestling taping.

Lynn appears to be one of the former wrestlers TNA is bringing back for Destination X.

Austin Aries, Kid Kash and Jimmy Rave all took part in last night’s iMPACT! tapings as well. Aries is confirmed for the Destination X pay-per-view. The statuses of Kid Kash and Jimmy Rave for Destination X are unknown as of this writing.

As we noted late last night, Jacqueline and Luke Gallows were also backstage at last night’s TV tapings as well. Jacqueline competed in a match on iMPACT! while Gallows is expected to work a dark match at tonight’s tapings. He’s there looking for work.

We noted several days ago here on the website that TNA would be bringing back several former stars to participate at their Destination X PPV next month.

Spoiler: Main Event and More Set for TNA's Destination X PPV

- It was announced at tonight's TNA Impact Wrestling tapings that AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe vs. Daniels will be the main event of July's Destination X pay-per-view from Orlando, Florida at the Impact Wrestling Zone.

As noted before, TNA will be bringing back the six-sided ring for the show. TNA is reaching out to several former X Division stars for the event. We already know that Austin Aries will be wrestling at Destination X and it's believed Jerry Lynn will be in action also.

Он уступил Ганнеру.

Еще трое дебютантов TNA!

На записях шоу impact wrestling для следующей недели свои дебюты в промоушне совершили сразу три рестлера.

Среди них экс-рестлер подготовительного промоушна WWE (FCW) Дакота Дарсоу (сын экс-командного Чемпиона Барри «Смэша» Дарсоу), а также два известнейших инди-рестлера: Шима Зион и Эзриел! Последний выступил под именем Федерико Паласиос.

Также были даны намеки на то, что на шоу могут вернуться либо Джерри Линн или Кид Кэш.

Ну и еще был назначен бой Эй.Джей. Стайлза против Дэниелса, в разговор между которыми вмешался Самоа Джо. Так что... Ура!

UPD: Дакота Дарсоу подписал с промоушном контракт. После увольнения из FCW рестлер работал в школе Брайана Ноббса.

Интересный турнир в TNA!

И еще одна интригующая новость от TNA. Через свой сайт промоушн объявил старт интересного турнира, который завершится на главном шоу года — «Bound For Glory».

В турнире примут участие 12 рестлеров, трое из которых уже названы. Это Эй.Джей. Стайлз, Роб ван Дам и Ганнер.

Приз за победу в турнире пока не объявлен. Ждем обновлений!

Правила Bound for Glory Series

Итак, турнир Bound for Glory Series стартовал на показанном этой ночью Impact Wrestling. В нем участвуют 12 рестлеров. Правила турнира таковы:

Учитываются все бои рестлеров этой дюжины — включая хаус-шоу. Рестлеры получают очки после каждого боя. Правда неясно, должны ли они все провести бои друг против друга, но, думаю, это выяснится в ближайшем будущем! Итак, правила начисления очков:

Победа болевым — 10 очков
Победа удержанием — 7 очков
Победа по «отсчету» — 5 очков
Победа по дисквалификации — 3 очка
Ничья — 2 очка
Поражение по дисквалификации — минус 10 очков

Победив на этом шоу Джо удержанием после 5СФС, Роб Ван Дам заработал первые 7 очков.

TNA уволили Десмонда Вулфа

Pwinsider.com сообщает, что TNA приняло решение уволить Десмонда Вулфа.

Около полугода назад Вулф по неразглашаемым медицинским причинам получил запрет на выступления на неопределенный срок. Несколько недель назад он появился на Xplosion в роли распорядителя боев, назначившего новые соревнования на этом шоу. Кроме того появилась информация, что Десмонду предложена работа в «офисе» Компании. И вот увольнение.
