Despre evolutia lui Manucho in campionatul Greciei..

Manucho has yet to feature since his loan move to Panathanikos.
He was rested when they were dumped out of the Uefa cup by
Rangers.

He was set to feature against Levadiakos last week but didnt play.
Fans of Panathinaikos are very upset that their high profile signing
Manucho has still not appeared for them.

It has now come to light that as well as his circulation problems
caused by the recent low temperatures he had still not been issued
with his green card to allow him play last week.

This seems to have been resolved and he was named in the 18 man
squad in the top of the table clash tonight against AEK Athens.
The game finished 1-1 but Manucho never even got on the pitch.

This will surely disappoint Fergie and make him wonder why he
hasn't featured thus far.

New Info:
Panathinaikos beat Atromitos 1-0 last night but Manucho
did not feature again. Not many reasons are coming out of the
Greek camp as to why he hasn't played but with just 6/7 league
games remaining in the Greek season it doesn't look as if
Manucho will get much experience in that league.

Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed he hopes to spend three more years at the helm before stepping down as manager of Manchester United.

The Scot had initially planned to retire in 2005, only to decide he had unfinished business at the top.

That decision was vindicated as he rebuilt his side, going on to claim last year's Premier League title.

But Sir Alex believes it will be time to call it quits when he is 69, after 25 years in charge.

He said: "I'm getting beyond the future now. I still have a lot of passion. I'm still happy.

"But I'm 66 now - maybe three years more, then I'll finish."

Former United players Mark Hughes and Roy Keane have both been tipped to take on the task of succeeding Ferguson, who has already amassed nine League titles, five FA Cups and the 1999 Champions League success in his reign.

Ferguson believes the brutality of management means it is too soon to mark out his successor.

But he said: "I have a great assistant in Carlos Queiroz. He will come into the reckoning.

"But we have owners and a chief executive who will choose the new man in three years' time.

"The thing about football is we have some potential young managers but, because of the dangers, the hazards of management, they may not be there in three years' time.

"The change in football is so much so quickly. If you're not successful in three games you could be away. All these young managers we've seen over the years are not there now."
