Arsene Wenger is poised to let Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey rejoin Cardiff on a loan deal.

The 20-year-old has recovered from a badly broken leg at Stoke last season and enjoyed a short loan spell at Nottingham Forest earlier this term.

Wenger is keen for the Wales international to step up his recovery and views a short-term deal to his former club as ideal.

And he admitted it was likely his £5million purchase from Cardiff will return to the Championship club before the window closes.

He said: "I am considering as well to give Ramsey one month out on loan, with a possibility of him to go to Cardiff.

"I don't want him to go to a Premier League club because I want him to finish the season with us. I'm just looking for him to get some games."

Arsenal's young players continue to be in high demand with Henri Lansbury and Jay Emmanuel-Thomas going to Norwich and Cardiff on loan deals for the rest of the season.

Carlos Vela is another of the Arsenal starlets that is being courted and it appears Wenger could send him out to benefit from regular first-team football.

Bolton are interested in acquiring the Mexican's signature and already have a good relationship with Arsenal following Jack Wilshere's loan move there last term.

"We have plenty of teams who are interested in him," added Wenger.

"At the end of the day, I'm looking for a guarantee of him playing. For him, he has as well to agree to join the club who wants him."

Nicklas Bendtner and Manuel Almunia are both reportedly a target for clubs hoping to snare them away from the Emirates Stadium.

Yet, Wenger is refusing to contemplate anyone leaving the club in January as they continue their pursuit of honours.

"We want everybody to be together and focused on our targets," he continued. "We can only achieve that if everybody is in.

"There is where I question a bit of the transfer window because this is the period where you want everybody to be connected - you cannot be half in or out. You have to be completely in.

"That is why I am not prepared to talk about anybody leaving.

"I just want everybody to be focused on what we can achieve together, which can be exceptional, but we need everybody to be focused on our targets."

Arsenal midfielder Henri Lansbury is set to remain on loan at Norwich City until the end of May.

The 20-year-old's latest one-month deal with the Canaries expired after their Championship clash with Cardiff.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger confirmed at his Friday press conference that a new deal would see Lansbury remain with Norwich until the end of the season.

Lansbury played five games in his initial two months at Carrow Road but suffered from injury over Christmas.
