Главный тренер "Арсенала" Арсен Венгер заинтересован в покупке молодого дарования мадридского "Реала" Пабло Сарабии, согласно Sport.co.uk.

Молодым нападающим также интересуются "Интер" и "Барселона" но, по мнению испанской прессы, главный тренер "канониров" находится ближе всех к подписанию Сарабии и может сделать это уже нынешним летом. 

Пабло Сарабия, которого называют не иначе как "Жемчужиной Кастилии", расценивается многими как основной игрок будущего состава "Реала". Однако, по сообщениям, молодому футболисту нравится возможность игры в первой команде и переезд в ведущую иностранную лигу. 

В последнее время, мадридский клуб переживает потерю талантливой молодёжи. Примером может послужить переход Хуана Маты в "Валенсию" и переход Альваро Негредо в "Альмерию", которые сейчас являются игроками сборной Испании. Сарабия может пополнить этот список. 

18-летний нападающий может перейти в любой клуб Европы, если не сможет подписать профессиональный контракт с "Реалом". В случае перехода Сарабии в другой клуб мадридский клуб получит некоторую денежную компенсацию. 

Молодой нападающий произвел впечатление на Арсена Венгера серией внушительных выступлений за сборную Испании для игроков не старше 17 лет. Пабло Сарабия имеет репутацию очень быстрого и универсального вингера.

В скором времени главный тренер "Арсенала" Арсен Венгер рассчитывает подписать нового защитника.

Рулевой "канониров", по слухам, в последние месяцы интересовался целым рядом защитником, в связи с тем, что у Вильяма Галласа, Сола Кэмпбелла и Микаэля Сильвестра в скором времени истекают контракты на "Эмирейтс".

В интервью официальному сайту "Арсенала" на прошлой неделе Арсен Венгер сказал, что желает подписать игрока до конца Чемпионата Мира, но не спешит называть имен, даже на фоне заявлений о ближайшем переходе защитника "Лорьяна" Лоран Косьелни.

"Ничего пока не завершено, но я ожидаю, что усиление произойдёт в обороне команды. Скоро мы подпишем одного игрока", - сказал француз на этой неделе.

"Но мы не хотим называть имён до того, как завершатся переговоры".

"Сохраняйте веру в то, что всегда хорошо работало на нас - сохранять все трансферные дела в секрете как можно дольше времени".

The Chelsea midfielder Joe Cole is not happy with England’s defeat at the hands of Germany, but now he wants his personal future sorted out as quickly as possible. He didn’t want to leave Chelsea, and says his departure was nothing to do with Carlo Ancelotti, but he wants assurances from his new club that he will play in the centre of midfield.

“I want to get my future sorted as quickly as possible,” said Cole.

“My season for Chelsea wasn’t great for what I believe were political reasons rather than footballing reasons. Carlo Ancelotti, I love him, I’ve got big respect for him. I don’t want to go on into it now. It isn’t the time.

“It is not financial and it is nothing to do with Carlo. I love Carlo. I think he is a top guy and a top manager. I loved my time at Chelsea, I love the fans but it is a story for another day and I will tell it but now is not the time.”

“I want to have a couple of weeks off, want to sort my future out as soon as possible, go on holiday with my family. Next season I want to have a fantastic season for England and whatever club I am out.

“The next contract I sign will be a footballing decision. I want to play in a more central position. I want a manager who has faith in me and I’m talking about club football here.

“It is a big decision for me and my family but I’m open to anything at the moment. I have purposely not spoken to anyone while I’ve been here because that wouldn’t be fair on England.

“My phone has been turned off but now I want to sort it all out.”

So it doesn’t look like the rumours are true that a deal has already been agreed with Arsenal, but he hasn’t ruled it out….

Reports are coming in that striker Eduardo da Silva has been told by manager Arsène Wenger that he is surplus to requirements at the club.

The Brazilian, who plays for Croatia, did not have a good season with the club as he struggled to recover from several niggly injuries.

Featuring mainly as a substitute, the 27-year-old has not scored in 12 appearances.

With new signing Marouane Chamakh likely to be the preferred partner for main man Robin van Persie in attack, it leaves Eduardo with very limited opportunities at a club that has stood by him as he recovered from a career-threatening injury suffered in 2008.

Eduardo enjoyed a rich vein of form before his injury, proving himself to be most natural finisher at the club.

Dudu, as he is affectionately known by Arsenal fans, has reportedly said that if he was to move, it would preferably be to a European side, rather than remaining in the Premier League.

Robin van Persie insists the current Holland team is the best he has played in.

The striker scored his first goal of the World Cup as his side beat Cameroon 2-1, giving them a perfect nine points from the group stage.

The Netherlands, always blessed with talented footballers, have never won the World Cup, but van Persie is growing confident that this could finally be their year.

He said: "This is the best team I have played in so far. We have been on a great run in matches and when you look at the level in training, it is unbelievable.

"The level is growing and growing every day. It was good when we got here. But now it is amazing."

The 26-year-old feels that he and his team-mates are truly at their peek right now, and might not have the same opportunity in four years time.

He added: "This is our best chance ever. If you look at the age of our senior players, most of us are 25 or 26.

"In four years' time these players will be 30, which still isn't bad. But that's the future. I sense this is our moment, this is our time.

"As we go forward, we can meet big, big teams but I'm really positive we can do something with this team,"

New Arsenal striker Marouane Chamakh is urging the club to sign up his former Bordeaux team-mate Yoann Gourcuff.


The 23-year-old has been heavily linked with a summer switch to the Premier League and the Gunners are thought to be favourites to win his signature.
Chamakh believes the French international would be an excellent addition to the squad at the Emirates and hopes to see a deal for him materialise.
The striker, who was Wenger's first summer signing, told the Sun: "It would be terrific if Gourcuff joined Arsenal."
Gourcuff has been part of France's calamitous World Cup campaign, playing twice for Les Bleus as they finished bottom of Group A in South Africa including a controversial red card in their game against the host nation.
He began his career at Rennes before securing a move to AC Milan three years later but his opportunity in Italy were limited, which led to him moving to Bordeaux initially on loan, before the switch was eventually made permanent after he helped the French side to the Ligue 1 title.

So the Mark Schwarzer transfer from Fulham should be complete this week now that Australia are out of the World Cup. The transfer fee is reported to be around £3.5 million, which is not bad for an experienced keeper like Schwarzer.

So where does that leave Manuel Almunia and Lukasz Fabianski? One of them will obviously be the backup to Schwarzer, and will that be Almunia or Fabianski?

At the end of last season Wenger seemed to be very high on Fabianski and seemed to indicate that he could be the future goalkeeper of Arsenal. Fabianski needs games, which he will not get at Arsenal next season. I wonder if Wenger will let Fabianski go out on loan to a Premier League or Championship team where he can play every week and develop, similar to what Joe Hart did last season?

That would mean that Almunia would become Schwarzer’s back-up, a position that he will not like. But he still stays at Arsenal and he will get a chance to play next season in the Carling Cup. Will that be enough or will Almunia force the situation and demand to be sold?
